Suitably degree qualified, you will already have the following attributes on your resume

• A background that identifies the short and long term requirements for marketing research

• A solid understanding of marketing allowing you to work strategically to assist in marketing decisions.

• A superior knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative consumer research methodology.

• Exceptional leadership and research project management skills gained either as a research buyer or supplier
• An ability to confidently influence the strategic direction of the brand.
• An objective is to keep abreast of the overall goals and standard research methodologies required.
• High level communication ability – both oral and written and skilful presentation skills
• Conversant with business issues which include managing external suppliers in the planning and commissioning of research, designing customised research projects and conducting secondary data analysis.
