Working closely with and reporting to the Project Director, an opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join this successful research based specialist.

This role requires a creative, switched on individual with current or previous experience in a market or social research agency, project management abilities and a passion for insights. As the Project Manager you will be proactively managing the research projects by taking ownership to ensure a smooth running including fieldwork supplier management, instrument design, data analysis, assisting with reporting and all other relevant duties to ensure an efficient and successful outcome.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Project setup, ongoing coordination and quality control
• Meeting and exceeding client deadlines
• Providing ongoing feedback to clients
• Instruments design (questionnaires, briefing notes, interview guides, coding guides, etc.)
• Draft report writing
• Preparation of charts and presentations
• In-depth interviewing
• Attending client meetings

You must be willing to assist the organisation in any way required to achieve high quality outcomes for clients and provide general support according to the workload of the organisation which may include answering phones and administrative duties.

If you possess a bachelor degree, preferably in psychology or marketing, and you have at least 2 years market or social research experience, we would love to hear from you!
