To be successful in this role you will also need to demonstrate an ability to maintain excellent working relationships with clients- their satisfaction is your priority. Effective written and oral communication skills are also absolutely necessary; along with good problem-solving skills. You will also need to be computer literate and demonstrate competency in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Word.
