CONSUMER INSIGHTS CONTRACT $'s High


Be the influential voice of the consumer! Renowned financial institution. 1 year maternity contract.  Overall responsibility for team research.

This is the most senior role in the research area and is integral to the success of a very professional research team. It therefore requires a highly experienced researcher with an absolute minimum of 10 years in research.

The role demands established research ability and critical thinking skills. Your mandate will be to provide actionable programs that meet the needs of business information and strategic planning.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing consumer insights across the whole organisation. You will be responsible for research strategy development, communications with senior executive management and as well as business strategy. Your research findings will ultimately affect clients, stakeholders, customers, employees and shareholders.

Essential, will be your proven research track record. Your experience will include working within a research environment either client side or agency side; qualitative/quantitative design and implementation. Other desirable skills include strong analytics, problem solving abilities, business acumen, a team player and a sense of humour.

As a voice for the consumer, the role will also require an independent thinker and confident communicator. Whilst experience in the financial sector is not essential, it will be an advantage.
