Our client is looking to appoint a key member to their Consumer & Business Services team. This is a dynamic position that will allow you to finally utilise the wide range of skills you have been exposed to throughout the span of your research career. Ideally, you will have vast experience (7+ years) with quantitative research projects (a little qualitative an advantage) and be interested in extending your knowledge.

As Senior Account Director you will be required to have outstanding research and effective in communication skills and a background that includes a strong business focus. In addition to handing a number of existing key clients you will identify opportunities for growth, based on your understanding of your client’s business and the agency’s expertise and customised products. You will be also be responsible for the management and mentoring of a team of researchers and have full responsibility for profitability of your Unit.

To be successful you will require :

Experience at management level that enables you to understand the “business drivers”
Demonstrate a high-level of strategic thinking to deliver actionable insights
Extensive experience as an Account Director/Manager or Client Service Director in a Market Research agency.
Proven experience presenting and interacting with clients & senior management.
